1. Cancellation Policy:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of payment for a full refund. Once the notes are printed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only issued in the following specific cases:
- Wrong Subject Received: If we sent you a subject or code different from what you ordered.
- Damaged Product: If the hardcopy notes are received in a damaged condition (e.g., torn pages or unreadable print).
- Incomplete Set: If any part of the committed material is missing from your parcel.
3. Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
- Issues related to university marking or grades (we provide reference material only).
- Inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer.
4. How to Claim a Refund?
To claim a refund or replacement, you must provide an Unboxing Video of the parcel showing the label and the issue clearly. Share this video on our WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Refund Process:
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Bank) within 5-7 working days.
